Low Blood Presure

I have a low blood presure probem. I loved bananas untill I found out that the eating of bananas are recommended for people with High Blood Presure. Then I lost my love for Bananas. Here is a recipe that works for me. Grate 6 to 8 beetroots (depending on size).
Pour a cup of brown suger over it.
Then pour a bottle of Milk Stout over it.
Leave for 24 hours. Put the juice in a bottle in the frige.
Dring a sip every evening.
(I eat the grated beetroot then as a salad)
